Warm-up

  • Sun salutation 4x
  • Good-morning 2×10

GM’s were pretty painful on the hammies

The double-set stuff

  • Pull-up chins – 4/4
  • Goblet squat – 8/8@24+20 racked
  • Press – 6e@20kg

Chins were unusual. Should do more.

The single-set stuff

  • TGU – half 6e@20
  • Kettlebell swings – 1×35@24kg

The swings were easier than 25 hardstyle. It is probably the same amount of work, but hardstyle is faster. Still not happy with TGU’s – I am very unstable. I do remember that I was mainly doing them with 16kg though when I was doing them in the gym, and the uneven floor on the terrace does not help (the worst is when putting a mat – the fact that it might slip even 1mm seems to just tip me off)

Cool down

  • Loaded carry 6min@24kg

  • Top range pull-ups
  • Ridge pull-ups

Warm-up

  • Sun salutation 4x
  • Good-morning 15x

Straight GM’s were nice, albeit more as a hammy stretch than anything else

The double-set stuff

  • Pull-up – 3/3
  • Goblet squat – 10l/8r@24 racked
  • Press – 5each@24kg (push 3 of 5) / 5e@20kg

Pull-ups a bit weaker today (did some GTG in the morning). Press tried the 24kg, but too weak for loads of strict reps. Squat was in principle OK, but could not hold the rack on the downside on the right. So did some push and decreased weight.

The single-set stuff

  • TGU – 5 half each @20
  • Kettlebell swings – hardstyle 1×25@20kg

Cool down

  • Loaded carry  NO TIME  3min @ 20+24kg (6min with breaks)

Had time to do stuff when I came home. Forearms hurt like crazy – needed the breaks

  • Top range pull-ups
  • Ridge pull-ups

  • Deadlift good-morning 5*24kg

Good morning wasnt great either

The double-set stuff

  • Pull-up – 2×4
  • Goblet squat – 10+12@24
  • Military press – 5+6each@20kg

The single-set stuff

  • TGU – 5 half each @20
  • Kettlebell swings – hardstyle 1×25@20kg

I’d need 16kg for the TGU – lacking stability, hence only half. Hardstyle swings are fun

Cool down

  • Loaded carry, rack 2min@24kg
